Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Rukn Fitness collects information needed to provide fitness tracking, subscriptions, support, and gym partnership services:

• Account Information: Name, email address, age or date-of-birth information, login credentials, profile settings, and language preferences.
• Fitness and Wellness Data: Workout logs, exercise sets, cardio activity, body measurements, goals, notes, preferences, and injury or discomfort information you voluntarily enter.
• Gym Membership Data: If you are linked to a gym, we process your gym affiliation, membership status, branch relationship, and account-level activity status.
• Business Information: For gym owners and authorized contacts, we collect business name, commercial registration details and documents, contact details, location, branch count, and submitted inquiry information.
• Subscription & Payment Data: Purchases are processed by authorized app stores or payment providers. Rukn Fitness does not collect or store your card, bank, or payment method details. We receive subscription status and related transaction metadata needed to provide access and support.
• Technical, Analytics & Attribution Data: Necessary operational crash, reliability, and security diagnostics used to run, protect, and troubleshoot the service; and, when enabled, optional app analytics, advertising identifiers where available and permitted, non-sensitive conversion events, and campaign or deep-link attribution metadata. On both iOS and Android, optional analytics and advertising attribution are controlled in Settings > Privacy & Data > Analytics & Attribution. We do not send workout logs, body measurements, injury notes, or other fitness and wellness content to advertising partners.
• Public website analytics: On our public website, optional analytics run only after you choose them. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure sanitized public page visits, interactions, and performance. Google Analytics measures sanitized public page visits and interactions. We exclude private admin areas, gym dashboards, and unsubscribe pages, and we do not send form contents or direct identifiers such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or template codes. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain disabled. You can change your choices or withdraw consent at any time through the “Privacy choices” control. • Android launch list: An unverified signup request is kept for up to 24 hours, then automatically deleted. After confirmation, we privately store your email address, locale, referral source, and consent record until the single launch notice is sent and for no more than 7 days afterward, or for no more than 24 months in total, whichever comes first. Withdrawing erases your raw email address immediately; we retain only minimal keyed suppression and audit metadata for up to 12 months to honor your withdrawal and prevent re-enrollment, then automatically delete it. You can request earlier deletion at privacy@ruknfitness.com. Our email provider processes the confirmation and launch messages.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide workout tracking, progress monitoring, account features, and personalized app settings
• To manage gym membership links, organization workflows, and privacy boundaries between athletes and gyms
• To review gym partnership applications and verify submitted business information
• To provide support, service notices, account security, abuse prevention, and operational messages
• To operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service using necessary crash, reliability, and security diagnostics; optional analytics and advertising attribution are processed only when enabled in Settings > Privacy & Data > Analytics & Attribution

3. Privacy Boundaries

We enforce strict privacy boundaries between athletes, gym owners, and administrators:

• Gym owners can only see account-level membership information such as your name, email, membership status, gym affiliation, and app activity status.
• Gym owners cannot see your workout data, body measurements, personal notes, goals, injury information, or other fitness-related records.
• Administrators may access operational and organization records only when needed for support, security, legal, or account-management purposes.

4. Data Storage, Transfers & Security

Your data is stored in secure cloud environments and may be processed in Saudi Arabia or other countries where our service providers operate. We use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, restricted access, audit controls, and monitoring. We retain account and fitness data while your account is active, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed unless limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or display third-party ads inside the app. We share personal data only when necessary and at the minimum level required:

• With your linked gym, limited to the account-level membership information described above
• With service providers acting on our behalf, such as secure hosting, authentication, messaging, subscription processing, analytics, diagnostics, affiliate attribution, and advertising measurement providers, including Firebase Analytics, Adjust (which forwards approved advertising events to Meta, TikTok Business and Snapchat), and Insert Affiliate
• With government, regulatory, or legal parties when required by law, legal process, user safety, fraud prevention, or rights protection

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may:

• Request access to your personal data and receive a copy in a readable format where available
• Request correction or completion of inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion or destruction of your account and associated personal data
• Withdraw consent for optional processing, object to certain uses where applicable, or contact us about a privacy complaint
